‎أيتها السيدات أيها السادة
‎من ساحة الكرامة في مدينة السويداء.. الساحة التي جمعت شرائح المجتمع السوري بنسائه ورجاله.. بشبابه وكباره.. يهتفون للحرية والعدالة في دولة يسودها القانون وكرامة الانسان.
‎من السويداء في جنوب سوريا حيث عيون السوريين ترحل إليها كل يوم لتصغي لأصوات أبنائها في طلب الحرية وكأنها أصبحت صوتاً لهم.. من هنا نوجه إليكم رسالة محبة رسالة أخوة في الإنسانية.
‎نوجهها إلى الشعبين الهولندي والكندي.. إلى حكومتي كندا وهولندا.. باسم السوريين الذين إلى وقت قريب اعتقدوا بأن قضيتهم على الرغم من عدالتها قد أصبحت من المنسيات وأن الضحايا الذين ذاقوا الويلات قد أصبحوا في طي النسيان وكأن الحضارة التي ضحى الإنسان كثيراً خلال تاريخه الطويل لكي تصل إلى مستوى راقٍ تنهار دفعة واحدة أمام رغبات المجرمين الذين تفننوا بتعذيب وقتل ضحاياهم بهمجية لم يشهدها التاريخ البشري.
‎نعم كان من المؤسف والمؤلم أن نرى الديكتاتور بشار الأسد يتم استقباله على السجاد الأحمر في بعض الدول فيما الدماء لم تجف من مجازره الجماعية وقصفه للمدنيين العزل.. ومازالت صرخات المعتقلين والمعذبين داخل السجون مخنوقة قاسية تبحث عمن يوصلها لمن يمكن له أن يخلصها من الآلام المتعددة.
‎أيها الأعزاء… لطالما اعتقدنا أن جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية قد أصبحت من الماضي وأن العالم الحر لن يسمح بتكرارها.. لكننا للأسف رأينا كيف يختبئ السياسيون وأصحاب القرار خلف بيانات شجب وتنديد وكأنهم يتطهرون من ذنب يعرفونه بتلك الكلمات اللطيفة التي تعبر عن القلق والرغبة في تطبيق القانون..
‎بشار الأسد لن يطبق قانون أيها السيدات والسادة.. هو يسخر من القانون وسجانو الشعب السوري كأي مصاص دماء ينتشي برؤية ضحاياه يتألمون.. هل شاهدتم ضحكاته فيما الدماء تملأ شوارع سوريا وبيوتها.. سجون الأسد ومحاكمه ومكاتبه بل وكل المحيطين به.. كلهم صورة عنه..
‎ولم يكتفي بجهودهم بالجريمة المنظمة ضد شعب أعزل بل جلب الاحتلال الروسي والإيراني وميليشيات مرتزقة لا حصر لها لتشارك في قتل شعبه.. هل تصدقون أن رئيس دولة يستنجد بجيوش دول لتقتل شعبه.. إنه نظام الأسد.
‎حتى قانون تجريم التعذيب رقم 16 تاريخ 29/3/2022 الذي أصدره الأسد هو مجرد نكتة سخيفة.. فما زالت سجونه مليئة بالمعتقلين ومازالت أساليب التعذيب التي أخجل أن أذكرها من الشبح والتعليق بالعراء والاغتصاب والكرسي الألماني والصعق بالكهرباء إلى آخر ما هنالك.. ما زالت مستمرة.. إنه قاموس خاص بالتعذيب بسجون النظام السوري يندى له الجبين..
‎اعتقدنا أيها الأعزاء أن جريمة السلاح الكيمياوي في غوطة دمشق في آب/أغسطس 2013 كافية لجر الأسد إلى المحاكم الدولية.. لكنه كررها مرات ومرات على مدى سنوات فيما يتنقل مندوبوه في عواصم العالم ويشاركون بصياغة قرارات لجان الأمم المتحدة..
‎نعم.. من قتل الأطفال جوعا وعطشا.. من اغتصب النساء أمام اطفالهن وأزواجهن.. من يجبر الطفولة على حمل صوره والهتاف له بالروح بالدم.. مازال يقرر ويصوت في أهم المنظمات الدولية ومازال خارج نطاق العدالة.
‎أيها الأخوة لا يستطيع الإنسان السوي أن يتحمل سرد جرائم هذا النظام لتنوعها وبشاعتها من تدميره للإنسان إلى تدمير المدن واغتيال حضارة سوريا العريقة.. فمن يضمن مستقبل أطفالنا حين ينجو المجرمون بفعلتهم.
‎سوريا التي انسانها أول من استزرع الأرض وعزف الموسيقى وكتب الأبجدية..
‎هنا حيث دمشق أول عاصمة مأهولة بالتاريخ..
‎ومن هنا من السويداء جنوب دمشق.. من بين شواهد تمتد لآلاف السنين عمقا بالتاريخ.. نشكركم أنكم فتحتم نافذة أمل بأن المجرمين مهما طال الزمن لا بد وأن يطالهم القانون.. وأن حقوق الضحايا لا تموت بالتقادم..
‎إليكم أيها الأعزاء.. إلى من في قاعات محكمة العدل الدولية ليحمي القانون لأجل مستقبل البشرية.. نعلن من هنا باسم السوريين جميعاً تأييدنا ودعمنا لكم بكل ما نستطيع لأجل الحق والعدالة والسلم الدولي. ونأمل أن تسير المحكمة قدماً للوصول إلى العدالة بل ونناشد كافة الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية المعنية تبني كافة الدعاوى المقدمة بحق النظام السوري والتي يمكن تقديمها لملاحقة مجرمي الحرب وعلى رأسهم بشار الأسد وكل من انتهك القانون الدولي.

‎إلى كل أحرار العالم الذين ساندوا السوريين في عدالة قضيتهم بل وفتحوا أذرعهم لأبنائنا اللاجئين كعربون محبة إنسانية..

Damas y caballeros,

Desde la plaza Al Karama en la ciudad de Suwayda, la plaza que reunió a segmentos de la sociedad siria: mujeres y hombres, jóvenes y viejos, todos cantando por la libertad y la justicia en un estado donde prevalecen la ley y la dignidad humana.

Desde As-Suwayda, en el sur de Siria, hacia donde se dirigen cada día los ojos de los sirios para escuchar las voces de su pueblo, en su petición de libertad, como si se hubiera convertido en una voz para ellos. Desde aquí, enviamos un mensaje de amor y hermandad en la humanidad.

Dirigimos nuestro mensaje a los pueblos holandés y canadiense, a los gobiernos de Canadá y los Países Bajos, en nombre de los sirios que creían que su causa, a pesar de su justicia, había caído en el olvido. Las víctimas que habían sufrido diversos tipos de torturas parecían olvidadas, como si la civilización, por la cual el hombre ha sacrificado mucho a lo largo de su larga historia para alcanzar un alto nivel, se derrumbara ante los deseos de los criminales que se destacaron en torturar y matar a sus víctimas con una barbarie nunca vista en la historia de la humanidad.

Sí, fue desafortunado y doloroso ver al dictador Bashar al-Assad ser recibido en la alfombra roja en algunos países, mientras la sangre de sus masacres masivas y sus bombardeos de civiles indefensos aún no se había secado. Los gritos de los detenidos y torturados dentro de las cárceles seguían sofocados y duros, buscando a alguien que los liberara. ¿Quién podrá salvarlos de múltiples dolores?

Queridos amigos, siempre hemos creído que los crímenes de guerra y los crímenes contra la humanidad se habían convertido en cosas del pasado y que el mundo libre no permitiría que se repitieran. Pero desgraciadamente, hemos visto cómo los políticos y los tomadores de decisiones se esconden detrás de declaraciones de condena y denuncia, como si estuvieran limpiándose de un pecado que expresan con palabras bonitas y sentimentales que expresan preocupación y deseo de hacer cumplir la ley.

Bashar al-Assad no aplicará la ley, señoras y señores. Se está burlando de la ley. Él y los carceleros del pueblo sirio son como vampiros que se drogan al ver sufrir a sus víctimas. ¿Has visto la risa de Bashar al-Assad mientras la sangre llenaba las calles y los hogares de Siria? Las prisiones de Assad, sus tribunales y todos los que los rodean. Todos practican la tortura y el asesinato.

Bashar al-Assad no estaba satisfecho con sus esfuerzos por cometer crimen organizado contra un pueblo indefenso, sino que trajo la ocupación rusa e iraní y milicias mercenarias en grandes cantidades para que participaran en el asesinato de su pueblo. ¿Puedes creer que un jefe de Estado pida ayuda a otros países para matar a su pueblo? Este es el régimen de Assad.

La Ley que penaliza la tortura, número 16 del 29/03/2022, emitida por Assad, es una broma ridícula. Sus prisiones siguen llenas de detenidos y se siguen utilizando métodos de tortura que me avergüenza mencionar, como el fantasma, el ahorcamiento al aire libre, la violación, la silla alemana y la electrocución. Todavía continúa. Es un diccionario especial de tortura en las prisiones del régimen sirio del cual una persona se avergonzaría.

Pensábamos que el crimen con armas químicas en Ghouta de Damasco en agosto de 2013 era suficiente para llevar a Assad ante los tribunales internacionales, pero lo repitió una y otra vez a lo largo de los años mientras sus delegados se movían por las capitales del mundo y participaban en la redacción de las decisiones de los comités de las Naciones Unidas.

Sí, él mata a los niños de hambre y sed. Él viola a las mujeres delante de sus hijos y maridos. Él obliga a los niños a llevar sus fotos y animarlo. Sacrificamos nuestras vidas y nuestra sangre por ustedes. Él todavía decide y vota en los organismos internacionales más importantes, y todavía es libre. Entonces, ¿dónde está la justicia?

A ustedes, queridos, a los presentes en los pasillos de la Corte Internacional de Justicia, para proteger la ley por el bien del futuro de la humanidad, declaramos desde aquí, en nombre de todos los sirios, nuestro apoyo y apoyo para ustedes, con todo lo que podamos, por el bien de la verdad, la justicia y la paz internacional. From Asswida’a in the south of Syria, the city where Syrians’ eyes travel to it each day to listen to the voices of it’s residents chanting for freedom as if it became their voice, we send you a message of love, and brotherhood in humanity.
We address it to the Dutch and Canadian peoples…to the governments of Canada and the Netherlands…on behalf of the Syrians who, until recently, believed that their cause, despite its justice, had become forgotten and that the victims who had tasted the calamities had become forgotten, as if the civilization to which man had sacrificed so much during its long history It reaches a high level, collapsing at once in the face of the desires of criminals who excelled at torturing and killing their victims with a barbarity never witnessed in human history.
Yes, it was unfortunate and painful to see the dictator Bashar al-Assad being received on red carpets in some countries while the blood had not dried from his mass massacres and bombardment of defenseless civilians. Bashar al-Assad will not enforce the law, ladies and gentlemen. He mocks the law and the jailers of the Syrian people like any vampire who gets high by seeing his victims suffer. Have you seen his laughter while blood fills the streets and homes of Syria? Assad’s prisons, courts, offices, and even everyone around him. They are all an image of him.
Their efforts were not limited to organized crime against a defenseless people, but rather brought in the Russian and Iranian occupation and countless mercenary militias to participate in killing his people. Can you believe that a head of state calls on the armies of countries to kill his people! This is the Assad regime.
Even Law No. 16 criminalizing torture, dated 3/29/2022, issued by Assad, is just a ridiculous joke.
